He gained experience from top specialists in Poland and abroad, including Ireland (Rathcormac Tyres) and the United Kingdom (Tyremen Ltd UK, under Peter Harrison). He has participated in major European projects such as the construction of the Olympic Village in Stratford, the London M25 ring road, the M1, A1, and M40 highways, the construction of docks in Tilbury, the highest skyscraper in Europe — The Shard, and the expansion of the Pinewood Studios complex. In Poland, he has worked with leading construction companies such as Skanska, BAM, and Nuttall.
